• Called "Coeur" or heart in French as is adorned with small silver toned hearts forming delicate shoulder straps and belt
• The bust line is a complex Grecian twist of fabric allowing tasteful peaks of the rib cage on the sides
• Back mostly sheer and skirt with a soft sway
• The dress, true to Alaia style, features built in bodysuit so to set the stage for the huge slits in skirt that come up to the waistline
• Two slips at front and back
• Build in gusset
• As worn by Naomi Campbell
